COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio - Crestview Local School District received $63 million in local and state funding to build a new PK-12 building.

Crestview was one of five school districts to receive a section of the $458 million in funds from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.

The school received $55,643,416 in state funding and $7,587,783 in local funding which totals $63,231,154. 

"The condition of school facilities impact student achievement, as well as teacher engagement and satisfaction," said OFCC Executive Director Cheryl J. Lyman. "These schools will be designed and constructed using best practices and last for generations."

Brunswick City School District, Fairport Harbor Exempted Village School District, West Carrollton City School District and Xenia School District also received funding.
