Mercer PSP: Township worker punched in face while replacing culvert
Police say the victim had a bloody and swollen right eye when they got to the scene.

SANDY LAKE TWP., Pa. - A Mercer County man is facing charges after allegedly attacking a township supervisor.
The incident happened Friday afternoon around 6 p.m. at a home on Parker Road in Sandy Lake Township.
According to the report, the township supervisor was placing a culvert at that location when the homeowner, 62-year-old Donald Rager, started a verbal altercation with him.
The release says the argument turned physical with Rager punching the township supervisor in the face.
Police say the victim had a bloody and swollen right eye when they got to the scene.
Rager was charged with simple assault and harassment.
The investigation is ongoing.
