Body found in Youngstown trash can identified as missing man
Police say 31-year-old Malcolm Myers was the man found in a trash can in the area of Himrod and Loveless Avenues around 8 p.m. Saturday night.

Youngstown police detectives have identified the man found in a trash can on the city's east side.
Police say 31-year-old Malcolm Myers was the man found in a trash can in the area of Himrod and Loveless Avenues around 8 p.m. Saturday night.
Police tell 21 News the house Myers' body was found at was a vacant home and the body was found by people working on a house next door who smelled something coming from the trash.
Meyers was reported as a missing person in late April after being last seen on April 10th.
Crime Stoppers had offered a reward for information on his whereabouts and his family had offered an additional $5,000 award.
Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
