BOARDMAN, Ohio - A Boardman man has been booked into the Mahoning County Jail after police executed a search warrant at his Red Fox Drive home Tuesday afternoon.

BPD Chief Todd Werth told 21 News the investigation into 35-year-old Lance Derrick stemmed from a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Cleveland.

Werth said Derrick was arrested during the search.

Boardman police were assisted by Ohio BCI and the Mahoning County Sheriff's Department.

Derrick faces charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and driving under suspension and is being held without bond.
