The Ohio State Highway Patrol and Bazetta Township Police Department teamed up to host the ninth annual "Cram the Cruiser" event on Saturday.

The agencies collected school supplies at Walmart in Cortland from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. collecting a total of 875 pounds of school supplies that were donated to the Trumbull County Educational Service Center (TCESC).

TCESC services school districts in the county and will be distributed the supplies collected at Saturday's event to students in need throughout the county for the 2022-23 school year.

OSP and Bazetta Township Police would like to thank all who participated in this year's event.
