Car flips onto embankment off Himrod exit ramp

First Responders had to do some searching before finding a car that crashed in Youngstown Monday morning.

YOUNGSTOWN - First Responders had to search before finding a car that crashed in Youngstown Monday morning.

Dispatchers got a call about an accident just after 7 a.m. along Interstate 680 near South Avenue.

Police and firefighters searched the area and eventually found a car flipped over onto its roof on an embankment above the ramp from the Route 62/Himrod exit to I-680 southbound.

The car appeared to veer off the Himrod exit to 680 northbound before overturning.

21 News is working to find out if anyone was seriously injured.
