CANFIELD, Ohio - The Mahoning County OVI Task Force has released the results of the OVI checkpoint conducted Friday night and early Saturday morning on Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown.

Nearly 400 vehicles passed through the checkpoint with 10 vehicles directed into the diversion area for further investigation.

Enforcement activity from the checkpoint, as well as the saturation patrols conducted throughout the weekend include one arrest for OVI, one summons for no operator's license, one citation for child restraint, one citation for open container, one summons for drug paraphernalia, one arrest on a warrant, and one citation for expired registration.

Additionally, there was one felony arrest for drug abuse.
