There's a new innovative way to shop for snacks and essentials at the Southern Park Mall in Boardman.

It's called 32GO and it's a 24-hour self-pay market with an interactive kiosk.

The company said this is one of only 13 stores of theirs like this in the United States and to their knowledge, it's one of a kind.

"Doing our remote support where we actually communicate with the customers live, that is certainly exclusive to us," Director of Operations, Justin Packrone said.

Shoppers have the ability to chat with a real person remotely using audio hooked up in the store without having to touch anything.

An employee monitors the whole store through security cameras and you can't see the worker, but you can hear them through a speaker.

A man named Doug was monitoring the store while 21 News was there, who is based in Pennsylvania.

You can purchase things like snacks, coffee, and even a phone charger.

"You hear people coming in saying 'Oh this is the future, oh this is so cool,'" Packrone said, "People get really excited about them, they're a convenient store at heart, but we can really sell anything."

Packrone said they have 80 employees working for their whole company and that they're excited to bring more business to the Valley.
