Mill Creek to close trail for over a month

West Newport Trail will be closed until Nov. 20

YOUNGSTOWN - Mill Creek Park is closing a trail to perform some necessary construction.

West Newport Trail will be closed for necessary earthwork, installation of stormwater conduit, installation of aggregate trail surface, and miscellaneous related items.

The trail will close Thursday, October 6. The trail will be closed for 45 days, barring any inclement weather that would delay or prolong the anticipated project schedule.
