Autism Society of the Mahoning Valley looking for grant recipients

Mahoning Valley - The Autism Society of the Mahoning Valley is offering grants to support children and adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
The 9th Annual Mike Hull Memorial Family Mini-Grant is offering up to $500 in grants through October 26.
The focus of this project is to reach out and serve individuals and families that cannot access existing support systems for various reasons.
To qualify for the grants, applicants must be residents of the Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana counties in Ohio.
Those interested can nominate an immediate family member or another relative, a person providing foster care, or a legal guardian or custodian that does not have a person or entity who acts in a paid employment capacity.
The online application is available at the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley website.
The Family Mini Grant is funded by proceeds from the annual Mike Hull Memorial Poker Run for Autism held annually every summer. Motorcyclists ride in honor of Mike Hull, a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather with a cherished granddaughter on the autism spectrum.
