NILES, Ohio - The holiday spirit is already filling Eastwood Mall in Niles.
 
Parents and kids enjoyed the Ballet Western Reserve's performance of "The Nutcracker" as they awaited the arrival of Santa on Saturday.
 
In the Eastwood Mall Center Court Jack Frost and the Snow Queen appeared at the ICE Castle singing some holiday 
favorites. 
 
"She loved Else, She didn't want to move from where she was standing. She wanted to keep looking at Elsa," Karthick Kamalakannam said.
 
There was story time and sing along for kids and families to enjoy. 
 
Some kids got a boost on daddy's shoulders so they could see better.
 
Adults say the holiday spirit is contagious making them want to do all things Christmas.
 
"Christmas cookie baking, and going out and shopping," Blake Carigilio said.
 
Jack Forst and the Snow Queen encouraged kids to take part in helping unfreeze the North Pole.
 
At one PM sharp Santa Arrived at the Eastwood Mall from the North Pole.
 
"Are you all going to sing with us," Santa asked?
 
After he made his first appearance Santa hopped a train to get to his location where he can take pictures with kids.
 
"With COVID it put us out of the spirit for a couple of years, but yea we were excited to come listen to the Christmas songs and see Santa," Elaine Homa said.
 
The time shared together and visit with Santa made some family picture perfect memories.. that kids and adults can reflect on for years to come.
