YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Ohio Lieutenant Governor, Jon Husted will be visiting Youngstown State University on Monday.

Husted will be making a stop to tour the university's Excellence Training Center (ETC) with university President, Jim Tressel to commend him for his contributions to the university.

The ETC is a workforce, education, research and commercial center focused on advanced manufacturing.

Career pathways for all types of students include traditional and non-traditional certifications and industry-recognized credentials offered in a wide range of areas such as manual and CNC machining, industrial maintenance, robotics, automation and additive manufacturing.

It houses over $10 million worth of advanced equipment used to bring the programs to life.
