Task Force: Struthers man charged in prostitution sting, had secretly recorded bathroom video of woman

A Struthers man is free on bond after pleading “not guilty” to charges filed by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.
Following a video arraignment Tuesday in Columbiana County Municipal Court, a $2,500 bond was set for 41-year-old Russell Miller.
Police arrested Miller in East Palestine over the weekend, charging him with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools, and voyeurism.
An undercover agent posted an ad on a website known for prostitution, posing as an adult mother and daughter.
According to a court filing, Miller responded, seeking to have sex with both females saying it was “hot”.
When arrested on New Year’s Day, police say Miller had $180 and the phone he allegedly used to respond to the ad.
The complaint says the investigation revealed that Miller had three videos of a nude, 19-year-old woman, secretly recorded in a bathroom.
The next court hearing for Miller is scheduled in March.
