The drawing is called Mega Millions but the jackpot is closing in on the $1 billion mark.

No one matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night when the prize was $785 million.

Friday's drawing will be the fourth highest in Mega Millions history with a jackpot of $940 million ($483.5 million cash).

The last time someone matched all numbers was on October 14.

Since then, there have been more than 22.7 million winners at all prize levels through 23 drawings. The winners include 47 worth $1 million or more in 19 different states including Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Tuesday's drawing had 2,904,737 winning tickets with prizes ranging from $2 to $4 million. Six of those tickets matched five white balls to win the game's second-tier prize of $1 million.

The next drawing takes place Friday at 11 p.m.
