A family lost nearly a dozen pets in a fire that destroyed their Leetonia home.

LEETONIA, Ohio - Nearly a dozen animals died during a massive fire which destroyed a Leetonia home over the weekend.
On Friday, Jan. 13, two Animal Charity of Ohio staff members said their Woodville Road home was on fire and nearly a dozen of their pets were unaccounted for.
The family escaped safely with two of their pups, Mara and Callie.
However, the home was a total loss.
Jane MacMurchy, Animal Charity Coordinator, organized a GoFundMe for them and their two surviving pups. The link is available here.
