Police have now charged a Youngstown man with murdering a Warren man during a burglary at his home.

Ronieque Requel, 26, was arraigned in Warren Municipal Court Tuesday on charges of murder, aggravated burglary, and having a weapon under a disability.

The charges came after Warren police were called out 1 a.m. Sunday to a home on the 2100 block of Milton SE to investigate a reported burglary with shots fired.

Inside the house they found the man who lived there,  29-year-old Adam Spaid, had been shot several times. Spaid was taken to hospital, where he died.

Officers also arrested Requel, 26 at the home and booked him into the county jail.
