Longtime Valley radio personality AC McCullough of HOT 101's 'AC and Kelly in the Morning' has died, according to HOT 101 General Manager Bill Kelly.

McCullough began his career in radio 52 years ago. Since 1989, he has been entertaining listeners alongside his on air partner Kelly Stevens.

"He was a great talent who loved Youngstown and Youngstown loved him back," said Bill Kelly. "The Valley has lost a friend and a legend."

A quote from AC's HOT 101 biography reads, "If there is one thing that bridges the gap between ages, races, and religions it is music, and I am proud to be a part of the team that brings the best music on the planet to your radio."

Services for McCullough have not been announced at this time.
