YSU MBB will play Detroit Mercy in Horizon League Quarterfinals

The Penguins swept the Titans during the regular season.

After winning the Horizon League regular season title, the YSU Men's basketball team will play Detroit Mercy in the Quarterfinals Thursday at the Beeghly Center.

The eighth seeded Titans defeated Purdue Fort Wayne Tuesday night, 81-68.

During the regular season the Penguins swept the Titans. They won on the road 84-79 and completed the sweep at home winning 73-63.

Tip-off Thursday is set for 8:00 p.m.
