WILMINGTON TWP., Pa. - State Police are investigating a traffic accident involving an Amish buggy and a car in Wilmington Township.

A Honda collided with the buggy along Cowden Road at around 7 a.m. Thursday.

Early reports say one person was thrown from the buggy. However, two people involved in the crash refused medical treatment according to dispatchers.

The horse that was pulling the buggy was put down according to those on the scene.
