NILES, Ohio - A Niles man accused of sending an obscene video to a minor has been indicted in Trumbull County.

According to the indictment, Philip Manfredi, 30, allegedly sent the obscene video to an officer posing as a juvenile between the Fall and Winter of 2022.

Manfredi was arrested at his Robbins Avenue apartment on February 8.

Niles Police Captain John Marshall told 21 News the department had been investigating Manfredi for over a year. A similar case was reported in Western Pennsylvania.

Manfredi  faces two counts of disseminating matters harmful to juveniles.
