Bond has been denied again for a suspect charged after the bodies of three Youngstown residents were found bound, gagged, and shot in the Akron area.

A Judge in Barberton Municipal Court on Wednesday refused to set bail for 58-year-old Elias Gudino who was arrested on Saturday by Copley Police on charges of murder and attempted murder. Bond was denied for Gudino during his initial court appearance on Monday as well.

According to a news release from the Summit County Medical Examiner, Akron police were called to Cordova Avenue in Akron just after 8:30 a.m. for two male victims found dead in the area.

The two victims, identified as 25-year-old Inmer Reyes and 31-year-old Victor Varela-Rodriguez, both from Youngstown were reported to be bound and gagged in the road.

About 20 minutes later, a third body was found in a ditch near the 2100 block of Wright Road in Copley, also reported to be bound and gagged. This victim was identified as 35-year-old Domingo Castillo-Reyes of Youngstown

Police say all three victims, who were shot in the head, were likely kidnapped and brought to Summit County.
