A Youngstown man has been found guilty of multiple child rape charges out of Warren.

According to Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas records, 25-year-old Darrl Mack was found guilty of three counts of rape, and three more counts of gross sexual imposition.

According to a police report from the Warren Police Department, Mack was arrested in early September of 2022 on a secret indictment from the court on these charges.

The indictment states that the incidents occurred in the spring of 2021 when Mack engaged in sexual contact with three victims aged six, eight and nine years old respectively.

The indictment states that Mack "purposely compelled the victim[s] to submit by force or threat of force."

Additionally, one of the counts on the indictment states that Mack knowingly touched the genitalia of one of the victims "when the touching [was] not through the clothing."

Mack is scheduled to be sentenced on April 12 at 1:30 p.m. in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.
