Youngstown Police calling on public for help in finding missing 22-year-old

The Youngstown Police Department is calling on the public to help locate a 22-year-old who has been missing since March 14.
Police say 22-year-old Devan Davis has been reported missing on March 14 after his mother says she has not seen or heard from him since the beginning of the month.
Since the search began, detectives discovered that on March 16, Davis and another unknown female has sought assistance at a care facility in Pittsburgh, but failed to follow up with his care plan.
His current whereabouts are unknown.
Davis's mother tells police that he suffers from a mental condition he is prescribed medication for, but she's concerned that he's not taking his meds.
Davis is described as a Black male standing at 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has curly hair with an afro on top and faded sides. He wears large glasses that tint the sun.
If you or anyone you know sees Davis or is aware of his whereabouts, call YPD Detective Sergeant, Mike Cox at 330-742-8262.
