Pro wrestling returns to Eastwood Field in Niles this summer

NILES, Ohio - Professional wrestling will return to Eastwood Field in Niles this summer.

Northeast Wrestling and the Mahoning Valley Scrappers are partnering for Wrestling Under the Stars on Saturday, July 29 at 7 p.m.

World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Famers Ron Simmons and Billy Gunn headline the event. Others scheduled for the event include All Elite Wrestling's Max Caster and lucha libre star El Hijo del Vikingo with others to be announced soon.

Tickets go on sale Friday on the Mahoning Valley Scrappers website, the Chevy All Stars Box Office at Eastwood Field and by phone at 330-505-0000.

The gates will open at 5 p.m. for the event and meet and greets with the wrestlers will be available prior to the show.

The 2023 Scrappers season kicks off on June 1.
