A Canfield man is in jail, accused of raping two women in Kent, Ohio.

On Wednesday, McCoy Watkins, 21, was booked into the Portage County Jail.

A grand jury in Portage County indicted Watkins late last month on two counts of rape and one count of burglary.

According to the indictment, Watkins raped the women, ages 18 and 19, on November 11th of last year.

The indictment also claims that Watkins trespassed at an address on the 200 block of North Lincoln Street in Kent on the same day as the alleged rapes.

Watkins is scheduled to appear before a judge to answer the charges Friday morning.

Prosecutor Vic Vigluicci recommends a $100,000 bail and asks the court to order that Watkins has no contact with the alleged victims.
