Warrant issued for O'Donold's owner after failing to appear in court

A capias warrant has been issued for the owner of multiple bars and restaurants in the Mahoning Valley including Odonold's Irish Pub & Grill for failure to appear for a court hearing Monday morning.
According to court records, Christian Rinehart was scheduled to appear in court Monday, April 10 at 10:30 a.m. for a pretrial hearing for failure to file tax reports. 21 News was at the scheduled hearing, but Rinehart never showed up.
Rinehart is the owner of multiple bars and restaurants in the Valley including Odonold's Irish Pub & Grill, Suzie's Dogs & Drafts and Mission Taco.
Judge Renee DiSalvo's court confirmed with 21 News that a capias warrant has been issued for his arrest, meaning that upon his arrest, he cannot be bailed out until his next court date.
All businesses operated by Rinehart have been closed since early March. A note on the door to Odonold's in downtown Youngstown reads that the property has been "retaken by the landlord."
