According to the East Liverpool Police Department's Facebook page, 16-year-old Jasmine Coleman has been reported missing as of 10:00 a.m. Monday.
A 16-year-old girl in East Liverpool who had been reported missing has been located Monday night.
According to the East Liverpool Police Department's Facebook page, 16-year-old Jasmine Coleman was reported missing Monday morning.
A video posted to the department's Facebook page showed Coleman walking down a sidewalk at an unidentified location captured on a home security camera.
The video appears to have been captured at 10:48 a.m.
