East Liverpool man killed in triple fatal crash in Carroll County, Ohio
The driver of the Odyssey was identified as 60-year-old Randy Simmons of East Liverpool. Troopers say Simmons, along with two additional passengers from Hammondsville, Ohio died in the crash.
An East Liverpool man has been killed in a two-vehicle crash that killed three people and injured another two in Carroll County.
According to OSP's New Philadelphia post, the crash occurred on SR-542 in Monroe Township on Monday, April 10 shortly after 4:00 p.m.
Troopers say a 2001 Ford F650 traveling westbound when it went left of center and struck a 2015 Honda Odyssey was traveling the opposite direction. Both vehicles continued off the roadway into a ditch.
The driver of the Odyssey was identified as 60-year-old Randy Simmons of East Liverpool. Troopers say Simmons, along with two additional passengers from Hammondsville, Ohio died in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
