Suspect in shooting of 20-year-old woman on east side turns himself in to authorities

A suspect in the shooting of a 20-year-old woman on Youngstown's east side on Tuesday has turned himself in to authorities Friday morning.
21 News has confirmed that suspect, Titus Miller turned himself in at the Youngstown Municipal Court in reference to a shooting that occurred on Pearl Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the woman was shot when she and another male were driving on Himrod Avenue and shots rang out from a house on Pearl Street striking the woman.
The male in the vehicle was not injured and he drove the woman to the hospital, where police say she is in stable condition.
Miller has been sentenced to house arrest until his next court date, which has not been determined at this time. Miller has not pled at this time.
Additionally, Miller was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
