YOUNGSTOWN - The City of Youngstown announced street closures for the upcoming Federal Frenzy event. 

Starting Friday, April 21 at 9 a.m. until Monday, April 24 at 7 a.m., East Federal Street from Andrews to Wilson Avenue will be closed for festival set up, the event, and tear down. 

Federal Frenzy takes place Saturday, April 22 in Downtown Youngstown from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. 

This year's lineup includes Chicago based rapper Mick Jenkins, Candance Campana, Goners, Indre, Fine Young Men, LVRBOY and Fifth & Aurora will all perform on the Main Stage on East Federal. 

A second outdoor stage sponsored by The Jambar at YSU and the Youngstown Flea will host acts including Unc D, Shelby Olive, Riley Burke, Demos Papadimas and Rolling Boxcar International. 

An indoor stage sponsored by The Summit FM will be located in the Pollock Ballroom at Penguin City Brewery and will feature Brooke Surgener, Larry Elefante, Rami Feinstein, Marc Lee Shannon and Katy Robinson & the Wanderers. Additionally, Pittsburgh-based band, The Commonheart will be headlining on this stage. 

Another stage in Penguin City Brewery will host acts including CPA Jake, Sedona, Dom Deshawn, Madame Marlow, Speedo Agreedo and East 9th.  

The festival will also include vendors, family-friendly activities and food trucks set up near the Youngstown Flea and East Federal Street. Penguin City Beer will also be on tap.
