Mercer Co. woman arraigned on civil disorder charge stemming from Capitol riot
Powell was originally charged after footage showed what appeared to be her in the crowd of people storming the Capitol.

A Mercer County woman was arraigned after another charge was filed connected to her alleged actions during the January 6th insurrection.
Rachael Powell, who is also known as the "pink hat and bull horn lady", was indicted on a new charge of civil disorder and is accused of trying to obstruct, impede and interfere with law enforcement.
Powell was originally charged after footage showed what appeared to be her in the crowd of people storming the Capitol.
She was seen in the video with both an ice axe and a large wooden pole.
