LISBON, Ohio - A grand jury in Columbiana County has secretly indicted a Lisbon man for allegedly driving away after a sixteen-year-old boy was thrown from his pickup truck last summer.

Bond was set at $25,000 for Bradden Crumrine, 20, who faces four felony counts of failure to stop after an accident in Wayne Township on July 24, 2022.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Crumrine was driving a 2004 GMC Sierra carrying six passengers along Steubenville Pike Road when the sixteen-year-old boy was thrown from the bed of the truck as it rounded a curve.

A witness in a car behind the truck told the patrol that the truck kept going.

The Lisbon 16-year-old was flown to Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Crumrine is scheduled to appear in court on May 4 for an arraignment.
