WELLSVILLE, Ohio - A $10 lottery ticket made a Wellsville man $14,400 richer.
That’s the take-home prize after taxes for Mark Kireta who won $20,000 from a Lucky scratch-off ticket.
Kireta purchased his winning ticket at Kings Carryout, located at 300 Main St in Wellsville.
Lucky is a scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years.
As of April 26, 2023, there are three top prizes remaining in the game.
