O'Nesti pleaded guilty to racketeering and perjury charges related to his involvement with mob boss Lenny Strollo.
State Sen. Rhine McLin vows to return to the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, a private prison in Youngstown after McLin and four members of an inspection team were barred from entering the prison. They waited at the Warden's office for four hours before leaving.
