AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - EDITOR'S NOTE: A previous version of this story incorrectly identified the driver of the Elantra as Destiny Dow. We've since amended this story with the correct identity of the driver.

A driver has been cited in connection with a traffic accident that forced an SUV to careen into an Austintown business over the weekend, but not the driver of the SUV.

Liberty Comics had to shut down on Sunday after a GMC Terrain crashed into the front window of the Mahoning Avenue business.

According to a police report, the accident occurred when a Hyundai Elantra traveling alongside of the GMC veered into the passenger side of the Terrain, causing it to cross the oncoming lanes, over a curb, and into the store.

The driver of the Elantra told an officer that her knee "locked up" causing her to jerk the steering wheel to the left and into the GMC.

The 21-year-old Austintown woman driving the GMC went to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the Elantra, 59-year-old Dawn Timmins of Austintown was cited for a lane change violation. Neither she nor her passenger were injured according to the police report.

There were people in the store at the time. However, no one was injured.
