The 16th annual Edward DeBartolo Memorial Scholarship Foundation & Celebrity Auction brought a handful of San Francisco 49ers players and General Manager John Lynch to the valley.
More than 300 people gathered at the Covelli Centre for the event.
The dinner/auction raises money for scholarships the DeBartolo York family presents each spring.
"We've got a special ownership in the York and DeBartolo families and we're so grateful for what they do for us," said Lynch who's been at this event twice.
"They set an example in the communities they live and we feel the love and all the 49ers support," he continued.
Quarterback Trey Lance echoed those thoughts.
"Super excited to be here and be part of it. Learning about and becoming a member of the 49ers the past few years and the impact they have of the communities is special," said Lance.
Other players in attendance were Brandon Aiyuk, Dre Greenlaw, George Odom, & Colton McKivitz.
