Youngstown restaurateur pleads guilty to failure to file tax returns

A Valley restaurateur has pled guilty to failure to file tax returns in the Youngstown Municipal Court on Tuesday.
Court records show Christian Rinehart, owner of O'Donold's Irish Pub & Grill in Downtown Youngstown, as well as Suzie's Dogs & Drafts and Mission Taco had pled guilty to these charges and is forced to pay a fine.
The exact amount Rinehart owes is unclear at this time.
In March of 2023, O'Donold's in Youngstown closed its doors indefinitely with a sign simply reading that the property had been retaken by the landlord. Not long afterwards, 21 News learned that both Suzie's Dogs & Drafts locations and Mission Taco had closed as well.
The following month, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Rinehart after he had failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing on April 11. Eight days later, the warrant was withdrawn after Rinehart after he appeared in court to face his charges.
21 News has reached out to Rinehart's attorney for clarification on how much Rinehart owes in fines and is waiting to hear back.
