Mahoning Co. Children Services announces new Executive Director

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Mahoning County Children Services Board announced the organization's new executive director Tuesday.
The board unanimously approved a one-year contract for Richard Tvaroch.
Tvaroch replaces Randall B. Muth who served as executive director for a decade. After his final day at the agency, Dr. Joseph Mosca began serving as interim director.
He has more than 30 years of experience in Ohio public child welfare. Tvaroch has served as Quality Assurance Administrator at Trumbull County Children Services since 2004 and previously served as the organization's Administrative Planner and as a Child Welfare Case Worker.
"Mr. Tvaroch's vision, enthusiasm, and decades of public service and experience make him an excellent choice as our next Executive Director as our Agency continues to provide vital services to the children and families of Mahoning County. The Mahoning County Children Services Board is looking forward to working with him," Daniel Wakefield, Chairman of the Mahoning County Children Services Board said.
Tvaroch will assume the executive director role on July 24.
