A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Warren woman accused of posting nude photos of another woman on social media.

WARREN, Ohio - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Warren woman accused of posting nude photos of another woman on social media.
According to court records, 21-year-old Marisa Beatty has been charged with violating an Ohio law prohibiting the dissemination of an image of another person.
Police filed the charges last week after a 24-year-old Warren woman complained that nude pictures of her were posted on Facebook.
Enacted by the Ohio legislature in 2019, the law prohibits, among other things, publishing nude images of someone without their consent. The charge is a third-degree misdemeanor.
