Auto group #1 Cochran expands in Valley with Boardman Nissan purchase
President and CEO of #1 Cochran, Rob Cochran announced that the auto group is acquiring Boardman Nissan on Market Street.

BOARDMAN, Ohio - Auto group #1 Cochran continues to expand their brand in the Valley.
Cochran acquired longtime Valley dealership Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC, who sold their assets to the Western Pennsylvania based dealership in January, 2022.
During a press conference, President and CEO of #1 Cochran, Rob Cochran announced that the auto group is acquiring Boardman Nissan on Market Street.
In total, #1 Cochran operates 33 franchises representing 19 different brands.
Prior to the acquisition, Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC operated for 102 years in the Mahoning Valley.
Sweeney was the first Valley dealership that #1 Cochran bought in the Valley.
