The National Transportation Safety Board has released the list of groups and organizations providing witnesses Friday for the two-day investigative hearing in East Palestine next week.

The hearing, which is scheduled for Thursday and Friday next week, is part of the ongoing investigation into the February 3 derailment of a Norfolk Southern train and the release of hazardous materials.

According to the press release, a list of witness names, biographies, and affiliations will be included, along with other reports and exhibits, in the hearing docket that will be opened at the start of the hearing on ntsb.gov website.

The investigative hearing will be at the East Palestine High School beginning at 9 am on both days.

The hearing is open to the public, but for observation only.

There will be a community hearing about the investigative process with NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy on Wednesday at East Palestine High School at 6 pm.
