Two riders injured on same motorcycle in separate accidents just minutes apart

Two people were injured in Youngstown Monday evening after back-to-back accidents on the same motorcycle.
Medical personnel were first called to the intersection of Market Street and East Philadelphia Ave. around 10:00pm to respond to a motorcycle accident with injuries.
While first responders treated the first rider on scene, others on scene and a 21 News crew witnessed a second man get on the motorcycle and ride away. It is unclear whether or not the man was permitted to remove the vehicle from the scene of the accident.
Shortly after, another call was made for paramedics to respond to the intersection of East Indianola Ave. and Erie St. for another motorcycle accident with injuries.
Upon arrival to the scene, the 21 News crew was able to confirm that the motorcycle involved was the same one from the first accident.
This time, skid marks were clearly visible where the bike appears to have hit the ground and slid several feet.
The second rider was transported to the hospital.
The condition of neither rider is currently known at this time.
