A three-vehicle crash snarled traffic along one of Trumbull County's busiest roadways early Tuesday.

It happened just after 9 a.m. near a recently installed traffic light along East Market Street near the Route 82 exit ramp in Howland.

Two people were said to be trapped in the wreckage. An SUV was on its side.

Westbound traffic along East Market Street was blocked at the scene of the accident.

21 News is working to learn if anyone was seriously injured.
