Detectives are investigating after one person was killed and another was wounded in a Warren neighborhood Sunday evening.

Police say 21-year-old Eddie Bryant was found shot to death on the 2100 block of Jackson St. SW at around 6 p.m.  According to a news release, a juvenile who was also shot is being treated at a hospital for injuries police say are not life-threatening.

Witnesses reported hearing about 20 gunshots and seeing three masked men with guns in a black car about a block away on York Avenue near Oak St. SW.

A caller told dispatchers that the car was last seen heading toward Palmyra Road SW.

Police cordoned off the area with crime scene tape placing several evidence markers.

There is no word from the police if they have any suspects in mind.
