The Mahoning County Dog Warden rescued a dog that was tied to train tracks in Youngstown Monday morning.

The dog was tied to the railroad tracks around 8:30 a.m. next to a business on E. Florida Avenue.

She was not actually found until 11:30 a.m. by the business owner.

The business owner provided security camera video to the dog warden's office, showing three people standing in the area. One of those individuals tied the dog to the tracks.
