If you follow the big lottery games, then you probably already know that the only ticket with all the numbers needed to claim the $1 billion Powerball jackpot was sold in California.

You may have also heard that 36 tickets were purchased with five of the matching white balls, each worth $1 million.  One of those million-dollar winners was sold in Ohio.

Unless you bought your ticket just outside Dayton, Ohio, you’re out of luck.

The player used the Ohio Lottery’s auto-pick feature to choose their winning numbers, at Grocerylan in Xenia, matching 5/5 numbers without the Powerball.

The winning numbers were white balls 7, 10, 11, 13, 24, and red Powerball 24. The Power Play multiplier was 2X.

There’s also a ticket sold in Pennsylvania worth $2 million. The holder of that ticket chose the five white balls and included the Power Play option.  21 News is working to learn where it was sold.
