BOARDMAN, Ohio - A new restaurant is on its way to the property that formerly housed TGI Fridays in Boardman.

Boardman Township Administrator, Jason Loree tells 21 News a new restaurant by the name of Twin Peaks will be opening its doors on the property.

According to Twin Peaks' website, the restaurant is a sports bar style restaurant known for its servers known as "Twin Peaks Girls." The restaurant is similar to other chains such as Hooters.

The location map on the chain's website indicates that this will be the first Twin Peaks location in the Valley.

Loree tells us there is no scheduled opening date for the restaurant, but an opening is expected sometime in 2024. Work is currently being done on the property.
