Youngstown man indicted on aggravated arson charges in Girard house fire

A 26-year-old Youngstown man has been indicted on three felony counts of aggravated arson stemming from a house fire in the 200 block of South Market Street in Girard on June 21.
Austin Dunmire was indicted on two first-degree felony charges and one second-degree felony charge by a Trumbull County Grand Jury Tuesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
Dunmire is charged with creating 'a substantial risk of serious physical harm' to two people inside the home during the early morning fire.
Dunmire was arrested on two aggravated arson charges on June 27 and held on $250,000 bond for each charge.
Dunmire will be arraigned at 8:30 am on Aug. 30 in Judge Sean O'Brien's courtroom.
