A section of Route 46 between Mineral Ridge and Niles will be closed for a few days in late August for road work.

The section of 46 between Ohltown-McDonald Rd. and Gilbert Dr. will close at 5am on Friday, August 25th and reopen on Sunday, August 27th at 5am, weather permitting. 

If the section of closed road is along your commute, a detour that follows Interstate 80, Route 422, and Route 169 is provided.

The further section of 46 beyond Gilbert Dr. down to Prospect St. will continue to face lane restrictions until mid-October.
