A Leavittsburg man already accused of raping multiple mentally challenged children faces even more felony charges outlined in a new indictment handed up by a grand jury in Trumbull County.

A superseding indictment issued on Wednesday charges 43-year-old Brian Harvey with four counts of gross sexual imposition, fourteen counts rape, seven counts of sexual battery, eight counts of illegal use of minors in nudity-oriented material or performance, and one count of gross sexual imposition.

The new indictment adds eight new charges to a secret indictment from April.

The original indictment alleged that Harvey victimized three girls, aged 17, 16, and 11 years old earlier this year.

Trumbull County Assistant Prosecutor, Gabe Wildman confirmed with 21 News that two out of three of these victims are "developmentally delayed."

Wildman says the eight new charges came after authorities found pornographic images of the victims on Harvey's phone.

Harvey has been held in the county jail on a $500,000  bond since his arrest in April.
